    Eric Kuracina

    My name is Eric Kuracina and I am the shop foreman at Mercedes-Benz Kingston and have over 23 years of trained experience with the Mercedes-Benz line.  As well, I have experience with older vehicles since 1980 and continually keep my training up to date as new technology is developed.

    Since the inception of the Certified Diagnostic Technician program in 2006, I have been certified including yearly updates for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.  I was awarded The Regional Gold level technician award from Mercedes-Benz Benz Canada in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.  Twice I have qualified to compete in the Canadian National Tech Masters in Toronto, finishing 5th in 2009 and 2nd in 2010.

    I was part of Mercedes-Benz Canada's National Technicians team when we competed in 2005 and 2007 at the International TechMasters in Germany.  Competing amongst the 15 best Mercedes-Benz technicians in the world, my personal best was 5th place in 2005 and 7th in 2007.

    I received the 'Technician of the Quarter' award from Mercedes-Benz Canada in 2011 for an outstanding repair on a diagnosis of a 2009 ML 350. In June of 2012 I travelled for a 3rd time to Germany for a Technician Excellence award program trip. 

    I perform all diagnosis and repairs to Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to the high standards set by Mercedes-Benz AG and Mercedes-Benz Canada.  There is no better Technician in Canada to protect your investment.  I invite you to come to Mercedes-Benz Kingston and see firsthand what a professional Mercedes-Benz Technician can do for you and your automobile.
